Mid-Level Developer

As a Mid-Level Developer, you will design, build, support, and improve web applications, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools that help our team and clients work more effectively. This role is well suited for a developer who has moved beyond entry-level execution and is ready to take ownership of meaningful technical work while continuing to grow in scope, judgment, and independence. You will contribute to practical business solutions that improve workflows, connect systems, reduce manual effort, and make data more usable across the organization. We are looking for someone who is dependable, technically capable, curious, and able to collaborate effectively across both technical and business contexts. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frontend, backend, and integration technologies. Contribute to new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements across internal and client-facing solutions. Support applications that help manage data, documents, workflows, and business processes. Write maintainable, readable code and contribute to consistent development standards. Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, integrations, and environments. Automation and AI Solutions Contribute to automation projects that improve operational efficiency, reduce repetitive work, and increase reliability. Help build and support workflow solutions, integrations, and RPA-related processes where appropriate. Assist with projects that incorporate AI capabilities into internal tools, business processes, or selected customer solutions. Use AI tools appropriately to support research, prototyping, development, testing, analysis, and documentation. Contribute ideas for practical, responsible uses of automation and AI across the team. Collaboration and Delivery Work with developers, project stakeholders, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Participate in planning, estimation, technical discussions, and solution design. Communicate progress, blockers, questions, and technical trade-offs clearly. Take ownership of assigned work and move tasks forward with appropriate independence. Participate in code reviews and collaborate constructively with teammates. Support, Testing and Continuous Improvement Support testing, deployment, release, and post-release validation activities. Help identify the root causes of bugs and production issues and contribute to their timely resolution. Participate in maintaining documentation, implementation notes, and support materials. Help improve repeatable development, deployment, and troubleshooting practices. Participate in supporting production systems as part of the team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional experience building and supporting web applications, business applications, or internal software tools.

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework, such as React.

Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data-driven applications.

Familiarity with backend development concepts and supporting application logic beyond the frontend.

Experience using version control and collaborating within a team development workflow.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to manage assigned work with moderate independence and consistent follow-through.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with internal business tools, workflow platforms, or operational software solutions.

Familiarity with automation technologies, process improvement work, or RPA-related tools.

Exposure to cloud platforms, deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, or modern hosting environments.

Experience with testing practices, QA workflows, or application monitoring.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or projects that include AI-enabled functionality.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a consulting, services, or business operations environment.
