Description

The RPA Testers will be responsible for reviewing UiPath requirements and documentation, executing and monitoring bots, automating testcases using UiPath test manager, and validating that automations are reliable, accurate, and aligned with business requirements. They will also perform QA activities, including test planning, test execution, regression testing, defect management, and quality validation.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, testing methodologies, and software testing best practices.

Proven experience in RPA testing, with the ability to test bots across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.

Ability to review requirements, identify gaps and risks, and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Good understanding of RPA concepts and UiPath; experience with UiPath Test Manager is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and raise potential issues early.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
