IT Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement IT strategies 1 aligned with business goals and manufacturing operations.

Oversee daily IT operations, systems administration and infrastructure management.

Ensure system security, data protection and business continuity.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships and technology projects.

Provide technical leadership and support to the IT team.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

At least 5 years’ experience in an IT management role, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar).

Proven experience in managing IT projects, suppliers and system implementations.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
