Senior Full Stack Developer Technical Lead

About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join our engineering team and lead the design, development, and deployment of a large-scale, enterprise-grade digital platform. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys building complex web and mobile applications from the ground up, designing scalable architectures, and leading technical teams through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture. Develop enterprise-grade web applications and cross-platform mobile applications. Build backend services using Java Spring Boot, Laravel (PHP),and Node.js/NestJS. Develop modern frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Build mobile applications using Flutter*(React Native is an added advantage). Design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and real-time communication services. Integrate payment gateways and third-party APIs. Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint 0 (Discovery), Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies. Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices. Proven experience building scalable web and mobile applications. Experience leading technical teams or serving as a Technical Lead is highly desirable.
