Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or ongoing Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Communication, Education, Sociology, Economics, International Relations, or any related field
Strong interest in communication, customer service, or student engagement is an added advantage
Technical Skills, Competencies, and Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, applicants, and guardians
Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
Ability to interact with people with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Comfortable handling inquiries via email, phone calls, and digital platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to support beneficiaries effectively
Openness to guidance in facilitating communication activities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in communication tracking and documentation
Ability to manage multiple communication tasks (emails, calls, follow-ups)
Willingness and commitment to learn, work and adapt to CHANCEN’s organizational culture
