Requirements for appointment

Be a Kenyan Citizen;

Served for a minimum period of three (3) years in a relevant position; Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Technology, Informatics, Computer Science & Technology, Information Systems, Informatics and Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Security and Forensics, Business Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;

Relevant ICT certifications from a recognized Institution

Knowledge of e-Government/Digital transformation is an added advantage and Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results. Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
