Electronic Queue Management Systems (EQMS) Technician

We are seeking a qualified IT Technician to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electronic Queue Management Systems (EQMS) and related hardware/software. This role supports both new deployments and existing client installations, ensuring system reliability and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission EQMS equipment, kiosks, printers, displays, and servers

Provide first- and second-line technical support, both on-site and remotely

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including equipment replacement

Support system integration, upgrades, and project implementation activities

Maintain accurate technical documentation and service reports

Deliver professional client support and training when required

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, systems installation, or ICT infrastructure

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals

Hands-on experience with printers, kiosks, displays, and LAN troubleshooting

Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) are an added advantage

Experience with EQMS, SQL/database support, or systems integration will be highly desirable
