Description

You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and work directly with product and QA. A lot of the interesting work is modernization — a mature payroll engine and a modern cloud stack, being joined together without ever dropping a pay run.

Qualifications

You will need:

5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript, plus hands-on Node.js or Go

Real single-page app experience (Angular)

REST APIs and microservices with Express

HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile

8+ years total software experience

Practical AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot/Claude Code)

NoSQL or multi-value (PICK) database experience.
