Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code following engineering standards.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.
Participate in peer code reviews and implement feedback
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects within agreed service levels
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives, and demonstrations
Use Git for version control and collaborate through pull requests.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
Apply secure coding principles and follow established security standards.
Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas that improve engineering practices.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or in a related field
1 or 2 years of experience in any of the 3 tracks with strong expertise in either Java Springboot, React Native or React.js.
Key competencies
Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
Experience building scalable frontend architectures, reusable component libraries, and responsive web applications.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and enterprise systems.
Practical experience with backend technologies such Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
