Description

We are looking for an highly skilled and qualified IT & Systems Manager (Male) to join Transwide Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Nairobi.

Qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy and roadmap.

Manage ERP, CRM, sales, inventory and business systems.

Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and technical support.

Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, backups and disaster recovery.

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and controls.

Manage IT vendors, contracts and software licences.

Drive system improvements, automation and technology projects.

Monitor IT performance, risks, expenditure and report to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant IT experience.

At least 2 years’ experience in an IT supervisory/management role.

Proven experience managing ERP/CRM, business applications, IT infrastructure and networks.

Experience managing external IT vendors/service providers.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Cybersecurity or Project Management certification.

Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution

Experience with ERP/CRM implementation and improvement.

Knowledge of data protection and information security requirements.
