IT & Digital Marketing Intern

Job Purpose The IT & Digital Marketing Intern supports customer service, IT systems support, and digital marketing functions at Kimisitu Investment Co. PLC. The role focuses on enhancing online engagement, maintaining computer hardware/software, and supporting marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Manage social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, graphics, and video snippets. Support updates and content publishing on company websites and digital property portals. Assist in drafting and broadcasting email newsletters and SMS campaigns to investors. Provide first-level IT technical support for office workstations, printers, and network connections. Support user account setup, data backups, and IT inventory tracking. Monitor digital analytics, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics. Assist in responding to customer inquiries across social channels and website chat. Academic & Professional Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or related field. Hands-on skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools. Passion for real estate marketing and digital storytelling.
