Software Architect

You will partner with other architects on the architecture vision, work with executives on technology strategy, drive design and integration of major new capabilities with senior developers, and coach a group of architects and senior engineers. The problem set: a mature multi-value payroll engine, a modern cloud SaaS layer, an active modernization program, and a live question about where AI-driven patterns fit in an enterprise HR platform.

You will need:

10+ years across the full SDLC in web-based SaaS, leading Agile teams

Hands-on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, relational and NoSQL databases

Hands-on DevOps: containers, configuration management, monitoring, automation

Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming and messaging

Extensive AWS and Azure

Working understanding of RAG, MCP, and agent-based orchestration

A track record building technical roadmaps, and the credibility to defend them

BS in Computer Science or equivalent
